A blind profile is an anonymized summary of a candidate's professional background. It includes their skills, years of experience, key achievements, industry expertise, and career level — but removes their name, photo, current employer, previous employer names, and any other personally identifying information. Hiring managers evaluate candidates based on merit before any identity is revealed.
Every candidate is reviewed before being introduced to employers. The vetting process may include experience review, skills evaluation, career discussions, compensation expectations, and confirmation of interest in exploring new opportunities.
Many Candvox candidates are passive candidates. They may not be actively applying to jobs but are open to discussing compelling opportunities that align with their career goals.

Unlike traditional recruiting firms that charge placement fees or percentages of salary, Candvox charges a flat fee only when a completed interview takes place. There are no retainers, placement fees, success fees, or hidden costs.
The interview fee is charged only after the interview is completed. Not when profiles are shared. Not when interest is expressed. Not when an interview is scheduled. If the interview does not occur, no fee is charged.
If a confirmed candidate fails to attend a scheduled interview, no interview fee is charged. A fee is due only for completed interviews.
Nothing changes. The interview fee remains the only payment Candvox receives. There are no placement fees, success fees, salary percentages, or additional charges if the company decides to hire the candidate.
Yes. Once the initial introduction is made, companies may conduct additional interviews as part of their normal hiring process. No additional Candvox fees are charged for follow-up interviews with the same candidate.

No. Companies are free to use Candvox as needed. There are no long-term contracts, retainers, or minimum hiring commitments.
Once your account is approved and hiring requirements are understood, candidate sourcing can begin immediately. Delivery timelines vary based on role, location, and market conditions.
Yes. The blind-profile model is particularly effective for confidential searches because candidate identities remain protected until mutual interest is established.
Yes. Candidates may choose to withdraw at any stage before their identity is revealed. Because profiles remain anonymous, there is no awkward situation for either party. We simply notify the company that the candidate is no longer available.
